Our manufacturing center at Sanaswadi (Pune, India), is approved by following approving/certifying bodies: • ASME “U” & “R” Stamp approved • ISO-9001 approved • PED approved for manufacturing activity Wide range of Heat Transfer Plates are being pressed in the above facility with the state of the art fully computerized 3500 TON Press. In some cases, the core of the Heat-Exchangers, Plates and Gaskets, are imported from either Sweden or the United States of America ensuring the highest quality products manufactured in modern and efficient facilities. Being a part of a Global entity, Tranter India Pvt. Ltd. has the required expertise & capabilities to execute the jobs as per International Standards for our esteemed customers. And just to update you, our Indian Operations is now getting equipped with full fledged R & D Centre too, wherein we can simulate the applications and take the tests as per the exact site conditions, etc. Tranter Make Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEs) are custom-made and are available in 35 different sizes with connection size varying from 25 mm to 500 mm. Gasket being acting as a sealing media between the heat transfer plates, the Plate Heat Exchanger can be easily opened for cleaning & maintenance purpose. Depending upon the applications, Heat Transfer Plates are available in different material of construction like AISI 316, AISI 304, Hastelloy C-276, Titanium, Ti-Pd, Nickel, Incolloy, Smo254 and other exotic materials. Gaskets are available in different material of construction like NBR, EPDM, VITON and other materials. Tranter Make All-Welded Type Heat Exchangers are custom-made ensuring highest quality and efficiency. These are compact heat exchangers used for extreme temperatures, pressures and special designs that exceed gasket limitations. They offer high performance, small sizes and minimal maintenance.
