“Sadichha”, A newly opened hotel / resaurant in the suburbs of Mumbai does complete justice to the malvani cuisine. It is quite classy for a Malwani restaurant and any time better than most of the eateries serving Malwani food for a similar price range. It is clean and frequented by families. However, you may be pleasantly surprised one day to find varieties of seafood other than Malwani on the ‘today’s special’ list! Although Malvani cuisine is predominantly non-vegetarian, there are many vegetarian delicacies.
